Roy saved us several thousand dollars by offering a simple alternative to a potentially big repair project. Our hallway tiles were wobbling and we figured it was probably time to get a quote to switch to hardwood.
Roy said he could install hardwood but also said he could re-set the tiles and re-grout, as the tiles had not been properly set in the first place. We definitely chose the affordable option! He matched the grout colour properly and was able to complete the job within a day.
